I’ve been coming to Goosebumps once a week since October. In that time, my biological age has gone from 47 to 29. I attribute this in large part to their full body Cryotherapy, regular exercise, and improved diet. Can’t say enough good things about everyone and everything at Goosebumps.

Our son had a nasty incident at school while playing , Our coach directed us towards goosebumps to get some cryo- treatment . As soon as you walk in, it’s a very clean and inviting atmosphere. Loved the color scheme by the way!

Goosebumps is an awesome place. Donna and Steve were exceptionally nice and helpful. The entire layout is clean and simple and don't right. As a first timer to cryotherapy, they did not treat me or my girlfriend with any disinterest and in fact seemed very passionate about the business. They were also very appropriate when mentioning their pricing and upgrades without being pushy at all. Will definitely return and recommend. Keep it up guys!

My 9-year-old has elbow dysplasia and overdid it playing. She needed something extra for her pain and inflammation this time. After a couple sessions from Goosebumps Cryotherapy she was feeling a lot more comfortable and back to her usual self.

A friend told me about Goosebumps a month after I had shoulder surgery. I started doing whole body and red light. Every time I would sleep like a baby that night after a treatment. It is 3 1/2 months since surgery and I was told I am about 2 months ahead of schedule for my shoulder therapy. I truly believe this is because of cryotherapy. I recommend anyone doing recovery should include cryotherapy in their routine! It has helped me and I recommend Goosebumps Cryotherapy!

Service is top notch here with Steve and Donna. I appreciate the passion that they have to educate you on how their various forms of therapy help your wellbeing, recovery, and much more! You heard me right - IT'S NOT JUST CRYOTHERAPY. They have light therapy (different types), compression therapy, a machine that targets cold air for specific areas. Also, I just found out that they can also treat animals! I can't wait to see how the other forms of therapy they have can support mine and my family's health! They do have memberships, so I plan on getting one, or a few to cover family members. Added bonus, they are even open on Saturdays to accommodate my athlete who trains all week long!

Awesome experience. Steve was very informative and helpful. He gave my wife and I a quick tour of the place and got us all set up and ready to go. Took pictures for us while in the chamber together to capture this experience. 10/10 recommend. I feel better too.
